Ooh, I'd missed that Kitty picks up the continuing thread about Sherlock and abuse victims--yes, very good, I like that.
My reaction to her in general is that I'm very confused by anybody coming in as a third to the Watson/Holmes duo (hmm, I guess we've not had a Mary Watson equivalent here yet, eh?) but that I like Kitty herself fine. I was relieved to see that despite a few hiccups as the characters get to know each other, the show isn't pitting Joan against Kitty. That's nice to see.
I really did suspect the state attorney this time! Sometimes the red herrings on this show are less believable, but I actually did think it might be her. Though I'm glad it wasn't.
