(Re: Doctor/human ships in general, I find they can work for me if the humans in question aren't dependent on him but - i.e. One/Cameca, Ten/Reinette, and if we dump the human category, I'd have been up for Nine/Sabe had she lived. It's the Doctor/Companion combinations that don't.) Doctor/TARDIS really is the sole OTP of that show. :)
