kalypso: It's not weird... exactly... (Clara)

Dr Simeon (though by then he's really the Great Intelligence).

I like that version of events. I'm trying to work out some way that the TARDIS might be reconciled to Clara after Clara restores her association with the Doctor to the timeline, but as that involves a Clara fragment it would mean that she couldn't really be hostile to Clara because of awareness of her fragments.

I remember wondering whether the TARDIS was hostile because she knew Clara would put her at risk in the pocket universe in Hide, but that seemed odd because it was to save the Doctor.

Maybe the TARDIS knew that Clara had been chosen by Missy (and was therefore a risk to the Doctor, and to her) but this is trumped by Clara reuniting the Doctor and the TARDIS, which makes everything else possible. In that case, I would assume that the TARDIS doesn't know about the fragments of Clara before Trenzalore, because Simeon and Clara both create new timelines which she couldn't see before they were created - but once they've happened, she can probably see all the different timelines and the way they differ.
