Apparently this was revealed at Comic Con, during the Defender's Panel.
It's not clear who all will be cast, but definitely Colleen Wing and Misty Knight (which were in my humble opinion the best things in Luke Cage and Iron Fist) along with Clair. They've set it up already with the Defenders...actually that was probably the whole point of that team up - to set that up.
