Huh, you're entirely right about the Intendant and Dukat's parallels! Right down to the assumption that people under their command who have sex with them genuinely love and appreciate them.

I'm still sad about Discovery's Klingons - there's so many parts of a good story there, almost completely smothered by the make-up and lack of differentiation (L'Rell excepted).
