The Barrack-Room Ballads (and I would put money on Soldiers Three) left the strongest imprint on Brecht that I can see, but I would also assume he read everything he could get his hands on whenever he could.
(I have no idea if Kipling was ever aware of the influence he had on Brecht; I imagine he would have been weird about it if he was. Lovecraft would have been weird about just about every writer I love whom he influenced. These things happen.)
