I really love these especially Missy's shenanigans in Divorced, Beheaded, Regenerated. That was so fun! Also all the ship teasing between the Doctor and Master while also shipping River with the Doctor.
I also like the part in the Broken Clock where Missy unexpectedly gives us the Master's mindset about fighting in the time war:
“You know, I used to think things were so straight forward. If you knew me a few years ago when it came to the battle of good against evil, you’d have no doubt about what side I was on. But then came the War, I became a soldier and I was required by good people to do bad things to good people in the name of truth and decency after that I became more flexible in my outlook. So the question I ask of myself, am I good or evil? Truth to tell… I don’t really know anymore.”
It not only ties back to Missy's thing about being 'good' but with Twelve's own issues about being a good man.
