Re: G'Kar's body language - how much of it is that, physically, there is very little Londo (or indeed most people) can do to harm G'Kar so he doesn't need to be afraid (and also a certain 'damn the universe, do your worst' streak that is all G'Kar).
Re Talia's presentation Vs Lyta's. I like it as yet another way they make the B5 Universe seem real but different. The every day person going "Sure, there's a telepath [shrug]" shows us that telepathy is an accepted truth in this world and accepted enough that no one bats an eye.
Lyta meanwhile is different in this world, not Corps, with spoilery things so she is "too much" to be handled by "sure, [shrug]". I think it's mostly her involvement with [spoiler].
