No kidding. And shadowy conspiracies are really a recurring trope in JMS‘ work. (That‘s why I joked in my „if JMS ran Doctor Who“ post that the Anti-Vaxxers would lock on to these which would horrify him as much as the abuse of the Matrix imagery the right horrifies the Wachowskis.)
