Hmm, I don't think it is body horror like The Fly, but there are some extended close-ups of autopsies and a bullet going through an eyeball and stuff like that. But I was able to just cover my eyes and have my partner tell me when it was over and it didn't happen that often. I might have had a harder time with it if I hadn't been so captivated, tho.
