Torchwood:
The right kind of doctor: set between seasons 1 and 2, this is a portrait of Owen and his relationships with Ianto, Gwen and Tosh respectively. I love stories set in the Jack-less time, not because I have anything against Jack but because that was when these people actually became a team. The voices here are great, and all ring true; above all, it renders Owen in his prickly, dysfunctional yet trying to be more glory.
Lost:
The mouth that lies, slays the soul: not surprisingly with this title, this deals with the Oceanic 6, Desmond, Penny, Charlie, Michael, Frank and Ben. Spoilers for all of season 4. Harsh and beautiful.
