True, but then again, if Claire fully informed him of what she knew of Angela's involvement with the bomb plot and that Nathan met with Thompson, he should have been able to guess that the Petrellis have a connection to the Company. But, off screen knowledge is always up in the air until we get it confirmed.

That's the problem, yes. I can see both possibilities - that Claire told him about this, and that she didn't, because neither of them wanted to talk about the Petrellis for different reasons, especially after the explosion with Peter seemingly dead and Nathan seemingly as good as. (This reminds me: now that my "Five Uses for the Modern Cell Phone" is Kringe'd, I want to know when Claire found out Nathan was up and about, whether she knew he was in the hospital before and in what state.)

I know you are generally unspoiled, but one of the EPK clips is somewhat relevant to that. Not precisely, but I think there's a clear allusion.
