Another example of a less than stellar actor perfectly cast. That Final Scene in Captain Jack Harkness managed to simultaneously annoy me (because there's no way that ILLEGAL dance would not have created massively antagonistic reactions in 1941), and move me no end, because I did believe in "our" Captain Jack's tears.
