But there's that moment when Amy and the Dream Lord are alone on the TARDIS, and suddenly he's wearing a ridiculous black jumpsuit, slashed to the waist, with a medallion round his neck, and he tells her that anything could happen. Immediately before and after he's wearing his bow-tie and jacket, to signal the Doctor. So I concluded that the flash of chest indicates, yes, the Doctor's aware of that possibility, but thinks he'd look ridiculously sleazy if he pursued it.
