I've been stuck with various bits of Offenbach for days - mostly from Orphee aux Enfers especially the bit where he annoys Eurydice by playing his new violin concerto.

And today I decided to change the soundtrack in my head by listening to the Carreras/Te Kanawa WSS and was thinking about how I really need to get the DVD of the movie for the teen movie book. And then I read this excellent post.
