Well, to be fair the huge tree is already in their garden (you can see it undecorated on this wikipedia pic of the mosque), they just decorate it with lights and such, and maybe they would not have put anything up if the fitting tree wasn't already there, so it's not as if they have a tacky plastic Santa climbing their minaret, but still.
