I totally thought of you when I heard the Epstein news. Cumberbatch is not somebody I would have thought of, but the physical resemblance is certainly there and I'd be interested to see him play a character who is, as you say, the opposite of Sherlock. (I've seen BC in various other things but they've mostly been small parts that didn't give me a distinct impression of his non-Sherlock acting. Seeing him actually star in something else is intriguing!)
