I have a strong feeling Norma is going to run to the psychiatrist. It's a bit too convenient that he just gave Norma his card again and she hasn't mentioned him to either of her sons.
It's been my theory since S1 that Alex is the lover that Norman kills along with Norma. I don't have much to go on, but I think it's impossible for Norman to kill and pretend his mother has become a shut in with Alex around. Of course, in Pine Hills there are plenty of other ways for Romero to be killed off, but the UST that started in S2 nailed my theory for me.
