I would say I can't imagine a non-swearing Jessica, but then I remembered how her cameo appearances have been handled ever since in the comics. :(
Incidentally, apropos sex scenes, it did occur to me that Foggy's conviction that Matt must score all the time is partly based on a misunderstanding, i.e. all the times Matt wasn't available on the phone because he was super heroing, or there were groans from his apartment which in reality had the opposite of sexy reasons. So it's plausibly Foggy who gets laid more often.
Leaving that aside, I can understand why the show Daredevil didn't go for nudity and/or sex scenes in the stories they wanted to tell in this particular season, and it is rather remarkable in this genre (organized crime stories, not superhero stories, though them, too) that the main female characters - Karen, Claire and Vanessa - are never shown even partially nude or in skintight outfits. But I hope they didn't do it to make it more marketable for the kids, because given the violence level, it really is only for 15 years upwards, I would say.
