I only got around to watching season 1 over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend a few weeks before season 2 dropped, and I loved it. Suzy is my favorite, and I love the Lenny Bruce parts, as well. And I'm pleased that because my favorite small local clothing label is retro-oriented, I already have some Midge Maisel-style pieces in my closet -- albeit pretty much all in black.

I'm not too far into season 2, but not especially worried about spoilers. I've been through the Catskills, and used to have a boyfriend who had a cabin not far from that area. Though this was much later, my understanding was that culture was very much a thing.
