Exactly! Some of those revelations, particularly in the second season premiere, really threw me...and made me even more intrigued.

I haven't seen any of Season Two yet, since I live in Australia and it won't make it down here until the second half of this year. Even with what we found out during Season One I was ... dubious about the goodness of certain parties. Finding out what [spoiler] did in the town of [spoiler], not to mention the exploration of what certain abilities actually require, made things more complicated.
