I can understand Delenn not telling Sherridan that particular secret. I guess I forgive her, because I know she bitterly regrets it and would undo it if she was able to.
But to tell the man you love that you started a war that killed untold numbers of his people? I'm not sure even Sherridan's affection would have survived that one!
