That is very true, and presumably the reason why JMS kept bringing Lochley back in various spin-offs.

Nobody else liked River of Souls (Soul Hunter, the movie) but I thought she was great in that one, too,

Same here, I watched it solely for her sake.

I wish she'd had more time with the women on the show.

I dare you to write missing Lochley & Delenn, as well as Lochley & Lyta scenes. (Lochley & Tessa, too, but that works only for the very end of show canon.)
