Babylon 5 vid recced and squeed over

andrastewhite has finished her Babylon 5 vid, and it is fabulous beyond the telling of it. Which I don't just say because it's dedicated to me.*g* B5 had multiple storyarcs going on, some of which never touched and some which were entwined, and her vid manages to do justice to all. Mind you, I don't think people who never watched B5 will get the full emotional impact. The image of, say, Londo removing his collar or Talia Winters turning away from a departing Susan Ivanova with a half smile only gets its full devastating effect if you know why Londo is making this seemingly harmless gesture, or what words were just exchanged between Talia and Susan. But for B5 fans, this is such a wonderful treat. She makes connections I never would have thought of before and which seem logical in hindsight, as between Delenn's reaction to Dukhat's death and Delenn's reaction to Sheridan's departure.

Just watch it. It's amazing.
