So, what do dragons and English officers dream of?

One of the many great things about Neil Gaiman's Sandman is that you can write crossovers with pretty much every other book/movie/tv show on the planet. I enjoyed writing several, and I'm always happy to find more with 'verses I haven't seen crossed over before. This one is Sandman/Temeraire, emphasis on the later. In which Laurence, Temeraire and friends pass a certain Greek island, on which just a few years earlier, a certain head was returned:

a dream of a thousand dragons

Incidentally, this also reminded me yet again - though she's only name-checked in this fanfiction - how much I like Johanna Constantine, both in Sandman and in the four-part miniseries she got. Does anyone happen to have fanfic recs featuring her?
