Roslin's accurate chamalla hallucinations, mostly concerning Kobol and Earth.

Leoben's correct prediction they'd find Kobol, and knowledge about Kara which I don't think he'd be able to get from her file, or other Cylons (i.e. her mother, etc.)

Baltar's visions - most blatantly of course the opera house and the baby, but he saw also skulls on Kobol, and his vision of Adama putting the baby in the water a la Moses and himself being unable to save/find it is a good metaphor for what happens in Downloaded

Six-in-Baltar and Baltar-in-Six: how did that happen? Because the Cylons for sure didn't do it (they don't seem to be aware - as far as we know - that it happened to either Gaius or Six).
