selenakSum up your former/current fandoms in a few sentences, as if they were human beings/very convincing sockpuppets on your flist. Then let others guess "who" you're writing to.
ETA: all have been guessed now, so I'm adding the fandoms.
1.) Talk about falling for a family. Your oldest brother was my invisible childhood friend, but you and your angry younger sister are the two I crushed on as a teenager and into my early adulthood. I still get raised eyebrows when I mention that, but I don't care. You two were fabulous, and when we meet for a drink every now and then these days, I can see why I fell for you at once. Your younger siblings weren't exactly crush material, but there is some family fondness extended, and I get annoyed when they're dismissed in their entirety by the cool kids. - Star Trek, in its various incarnations. I'm specifically talking to TNG and DS9.
2.) We spent so much time hanging out and having these passionate debates that your occasional bullshit didn't matter. I never got why dating you meant I was supposed to hate the other guy, though. Maybe that what stopped me from fully committing at first, but after years of knowing you, I took the plunge. I'm yours. - Babylon 5. The last, best hope for...
3.) Everyone was raving about you when we met, but my first impression was lukewarm. Second date was different. And then I started to fall for you with a vengeance. Among many other things, you made me discover I am a snob in some ways, because I never loved you as passionately as when you started to get some grey hair and some of your other friends decided your slight paunchiness and habit of biting their ears off when you had a bad day were too much for them. You still make me laugh and cry in a way no one else does, and you're my favourite guest for any party. - Buffy the Vampire Slayer
4.) We had fun at first, then something of a passionate fling, and then you started to piss me off. Maybe I just stuck around because of mutual friends. But I'm glad I did, because you got your act together and seduced me anew, this time remaining the guy I fell for, with new benefits. 5.) You are such a great gal pal. No matter whether you're in a serious mood or flaky or just kidding around, I always enjoy chatting with you. Mind you, some of your later big life decisions annoyed me, but hey, it's not like we're married. Besides, you were vague enough about one of the biggest for me to come up with an explanation why you did what you did that makes sense to me. Which is just like you. Now, there's a new movie playing - wanna come along? - Alias
6.) You seemed okay when we were young, just not my type. We sometimes went to the same parties, but there was no particular spark. I thought this would never change. Then you got what other people saw as your midlife crisis - you know, new car, fashion makeover, mixing with the younger crowd in an awkward way - and there was a lot of talk about how you should have died young. This seemed harsh to me, and I decided to come by and chat with you, to make up my own mind. I'm still not sure how this led to us waking up in the same bed the morning after, but I haven't regretted it. We've been friends with benefits since. And you know, I like the new car.
