Story recommendations
Aug. 25th, 2003 04:03 amRL is as hectic as ever, and it's not the best time of year for me anyway. Hence not that much time in the internet, but I found two stories I'd really like to recommend. (And will have to give the full link for, since Semagic is not with me at the moment.)
BTVS: Last Splash, by Shuvcat, is about Faith and the Mayor shortly before Graduation Day. As someone who loved the father-daughter dynamic between those two, I adored it:

Harry Potter: My favourite Star Wars author, Fernwithy, who already ventured into the Potterverse for a great story about Petunia and an equally great one about Snape, this time tackles Sirius, Remus and Peter Pettigrew, as seen through the eyes of a very young Tonks. Not many writers, fanfic or pro, can render a credible child's pov while making important points about war, characters on the edge, and that new competitor for most fascinatingly dysfunctional family in Potterdom, the Blacks, but she can in The Doll Army. Read it here.
