In an article in TV Guide, I believe, Tim Kring admitted that the Hiro trip into the Past went on too long. It should have only gone on for two episodes maybe three if that. It didn't bother me as much as a lot of people - but then I thought Hiro's trip across the US took forever last year, so was more or less expecting the trip in the past to take a while. I'm surprised it didn't take a lot longer - half expected to have to go through all the trials.
Not sure if Adam will be a clear-cut villian or more complex. I'm hoping for a greyer more complex character but we shall see.
