Oh, I know I'll get back to Heroes sooner or later, I'm just vaguely worried that right now the two things I'm the most passionate about are the two things hardly any of my friends is familiar with. :P But such is the way of things, I suppose.
I definitely agree that Owen had the most interesting arc of season one, but then again, he was kind of the only one to have an arc at all; Jack stayed the same throughout, as did Tosh (though the mind-reading episode did show a little depth), and Ianto and Gwen actually managed to have a slightly negative arc. Whereas Owen showed genuine character progression and you can definitely see how he got to be the guy he is in season two. I did definitely notice the sibling vibe in the cell, but given what Heroes has taught me about siblings...*coughs* No, actually, I think I'm surprised to admit that I'm more interested in Owen and Jack as a gen pairing rather than slash, because with gen you can get straight to the emotional nitty-gritty rather than having to juggle sex on the plate too. They're messed-up enough already; they don't need the extra push.
