X-Men (comicverse)

The effect of the image adjustment of Henry Philip McCoy upon his fellow X-Men: young Hank McCoy in his nerdy, verbose glory. The story to make you smile and wanting to dispense hugs all around.

X-Men (movieverse)/ Harry Potter

Aaaand it's crossover time, set during the first war against Voldemort, i.e. the early 80s, in which Lily and Sirius meet Charles 'n Erik. Beautiful character studies all around: Stutter


And finally: did you see the latest about the Watchmen movie? To wit, this awesome photo of the Minutemen from 1940 which is the one from the comics exactly and promises the very important backstory will receive due attention in the film version? *geeks out*

I've never read any of the Watchmen books. I've heard tale of stuff, but don't have deep knowledge. Guess I'm going to have to brush on it a bit before the movie hits.

There is just one Watchmen book (consisting of the twelve issues), and the movie hits in 2009, so you'll be able to make it!

Awww, thank you for the rec! :) It makes me so happy that people like that fic, because I love Hank so very much.

And that Minutemen picture made me squeal, and I only just read Watchmen for the first time a week ago. I'm getting really excited for the movie.
