I've only seen one deleted scene out of the ones you mention (I caught the Nathan-doing-physical-therapy one on youtube), but your thoughts on the rest make me excited for the DVDs. :) Did you watch the volume 2 alternate ending? That's the only other DVD extra I've seen, and I was pleasantly surprised.
