I might have to do this meme: it's great fun! The moments you mention for Angel and Heroes aren't on my list, because I was spoiled for the Heroes scene (just about the only thing I was spoiled for when I watched the show), and I wasn't seriously fannish about the Jossverse when I watched To Shanshu in L.A. They were undoubtedly great moments, though.
I *love* being unspoiled, because I'm no good at seeing plot twists coming and am therefore wonderfully surprised almost every time. It's hard to stay away, though. I think Lost is the only show where I have no problem with it.
