As for K/D, lo, I have seen the DVDs of the later DS9 seasons, and it was the brave and faithful Nana Visitor who protected canon from ever depicting K/D upon the fans' television screens, for she understood that Kira would have to be a self-esteem-less co-dependent with amnesia to ever let herself fall for that villian's lecherous advances!
