I got round to watching it last night, and oddly enough my first thought was "Well, there's going to be Hal/Poins slash after this!" And my second was "Why is everyone going on about the prettiness of Tom Hiddleston when he was standing next to David Dawson?" I knew I'd seen him somewhere before; on running a search, I found he'd been the lead in The Road to Coronation Street.

Icon because I had the same "Who's that?" reaction the first time I saw Burn Gorman in Torchwood. Nothing to do with the characters (since Owen didn't get interesting until two or three episodes in), and Gorman isn't pretty, but they're both actors I couldn't take my eyes off.
