Not reading your stuff about Henry V, because I haven't seen it yet, but I so agree with you about the amazing cinematography of Richard II, that was just such an amazingly beautiful production, and Jeremy Irons. As much as Hiddles has eaten my brain, Irons' Henry IV was solid, more so when I hear the reactions of you and likeadeuce have to his performance. And watching it, I can see, how it would easily be the parts a viewer endures for the other better parts of the play.
