I just rewatched the last scene in order to transcribe the exact dialogue (wording being important, see the true meaning of "a secret he'll take to his grave. It has been discovered").

I have to say, that makes it sound unlikely to me Hurt!Doctor is a future regeneration and more likely that whenever he happened, it was already in the past as far as Eleventh's timeline is concerned.
