I had a terribly busy week, haven't hat the chance to watch the latest Elementary, had the depressing rl experience of reading lots of hate mail for the first time - not directed at me, I hasten to add, directed at an organization I'm part of, but was no less disturbing to read, had the more trivial but none the less bothering experience that when I did manage to go on the internet, some of my fandom pet peeves (in various fandoms) showed up again, so it was really good to go on the internet right now and find an awesome new work:

Doctor Who:

Blank Space: a Doctor/Master vid covering all the Master's regenerations and all of the Doctor's who had on screen interactions with him - and even some who didn't, like the Ninth Doctor. Brings out the parallels and the messed up dynamics beautifully. Err, spoilers for all of DW, just to be on the safe side.

OMG, thank you so much for this rec. It is completely awesome and delightful. Aaah. :D

(And there are plenty of scenes I'd not ever seen before in canon in it--I'm weak on my Four to Seven--and omg. Even Crispy manages to be shippy, in a creepy way? At least in the vid. AHAHA.)

You're very welcome. And ha, yes, Crispy. He doesn't have any more sense of personal space than the other regenerations of the Master do. However, sadly Four mostly acts bored around him; Four is hands down the most unslashy of Doctors, imo, even when he has better inducement than Crispy.

(BTW, Crispy was played by two actors, Peter what's his name in The Deadly Assassin and Geoffrey Beavers in Keeper of Traken (at the end of which the Master aquires his Anthony Ainsley shaped body), and since Geoffrey Beavers is the only actor who played the Master in Old Who and is still alive, he gets to speak him on all the Big Finish audios. He has got a good voice, too, and it means lots of audio action for Crispy. (Most prominently in the audio called Master, which offers an explanation why he is the way he is which is far too mystical for me and thus not considered canonical by yours truly, but it also offers some great stuff for Seven and the Master, and by far their most intense interactions in any medium.)
