Fannish Five: Taking characters on vacation

Pick five characters and tell us where you would go on vacation with them, individually, or in a group.

1.) Laura Roslin: is the type to visit cities like London, New York or Rome with, because she wouldn't mind spending much time in museums and bookstores, plus she would get us any theatre ticket I want to have, no matter how sold out the play, by either manipulating or intimidating the people who have them to hand them over.

2, 3, 4 and 5.) Londo Mollari, Vir Cotto, G'Kar and Timov: would get holidays on the beach with me, specifically Sylt (=island in the Northern Sea, for non Germans). Admittedly this is inspired by Londo's heartrendering "I would like to walk on a beach with you, for just five minutes" speech from In the Beginning, but I still think it would be fun, because they all deserve a vacation, witty conversation and banter would be ensured, G'Kar could withdraw into the dunes to meditate if he absolutely wanted to, and if Londo would cajole him and Timov to a threesome, I could pounce on Vir. In a totally platonic "you're such an adorable teddy bear" fashion, of course. (Alternatively, I could flirt with G'Kar and Londo. I look reasonably good in a bathing suite.) And if the guys drive me crazy, I could diss them with Timov.

OK, seriously, I can't decide which idea amuses me more: you and Laura talking your way into sold out plays, or Londo & G'Kar fighting over you.

I'm mulling over the advisability of taking Wesley to Europe with me. The upside is that he'd speak all the languages, but the downside is he'd probably be snooty about it and correct the native speakers' pronunciation. Maybe I'd take Buffy along with us, to either smooth things over with her unconventional diplomatic skills or (if those failed) win the fight.

Alternatively, I might just take the Immortal.

Plus, they're both kind of pretty.

Not sure how the sleeping arrangements would work out, but you know I like Wes and Buffy together in that platonic-ampersand kind of way, so that does narrow things down ;).

Of course, I might also flirt with Londo and G'Kar, but somehow I don't think they'd object if more than one woman at a time did that.

*sigh* Looks like everyone has cornered the flirting-and-pouncing market, but while your collective backs are turned I'll be stealing all the sandwiches. Besides, you have yet to see the spastic enthusiasm of Janewt running around out doors. Sure, you guys might get the appealing aliens, but they'll always remember the crazy girl who ran up and danced around waving her hands to deliver an inarticulate encomium on "dude-dude-dude I saw the the coolest snail itwassooooocool looklooklook!!!!!!"

Well When you are done with him.. I insist on my vacation to Paris for dinner and the opera with Londo and now that you mention it the idea of G'Kar being along would make it quite amusing, though I don't know about flirting with G'Kar... Londo on the other hand.. well I am sure I need to say nothing about that.

Originally I would have asked to join you..but being a dancer I feel might give me an unfair advantage under such circumstances, Though I could be a suitable distraction to facilitate "Vir pouncing"... Nah.. I still think I would rather go to the opera
