anonymous_sibyl wrote a Darla meme as well! Read and admire. Our Darlas are remarkably similar, though not identical, which just goes to show what a rich character she is.
Next, for Harry Potter fans:stellamaru wrote a fabulous Petunia story. You know, the Petunia and Lily relationship, and why it went sour, can be worth exploring just as much as the Snape-and-the-Marauders backstory, imo. Both were crucial for Harry, too.
Babylon 5 fans, readdeborah_judges (entirely plausible ) AU for Delenn and Lennier here.
Moving on to LotR,honorh found this delightful bit on why the Fellowship isn't marriage material. Personally, I'd go for a fling on the side anyway but entirely agree about the marriage unsuitability. Enjoy.
