As I'm on my way to the train again (professional travelling, not spare time travelling), a few links for several fandoms:
New Battlestar Galactica: I love the dynamic between Lee and Laura Roslin, and this "missing scene" from the episode Hand of God
showcases it beautifully.
Good old Highlander:
killabeez has come up with a list of "must see episodes"; even though I don't agree with all choices, I think by and large it's an excellent composition, and showcases all the strengths of the show. Especially recommended for people who think the show only consists of the Methos episodes. Season 1 and 2, season 3 and 4 and season 5 and 6.
Lastly, a while ago I raved about JMS' Supreme Power, in my opinion his best writing since Babylon 5. (His take on Spiderman is good, Rising Stars is good as well but has some flaws which stop it from being excellent - expect a post on what Rising Stars does wrong that Supreme Power does right one of these days, which will include, of course, that Supreme Power does not have a character with the initials JS.) So I was delighted that Te went all meta on it and wrote about Faith, race, sincerity in Supreme Power. No spoilers beyond the two tradeback collections that I could see. If you're not familiar with the comics but interested learning more about a fantastic twist on the Superman myth (added to which are twists on the Batman myth, etc.), have a look at the post as well.
