For non-Blake's 7 viewers, this would be the chief villainess of the show (best Evil Overlady ever) smooching the morally ambiguous anti-hero, at that point recently promoted to main character as the hero left, lured away by Shakespeare and the RSC. (Little did he know he'd become a serial killer in Torchwood...)

And because I'm feeling frivolous: New Who watchers intrigued by the relationship between the Doctor and That Person From His Past might want to check out this inspired use of an Old Who screencap (taken from the Old Who adventure The Sea Devils, in which the Doctor visits That Person in prison.
