So, how about this?
Sep. 18th, 2003 07:01 pmStill pondering the early demise of American Gothic, it occured to me we were spared/missed the following fanfic as well, which surely would have happened had the show not been cancelled:
- Lucas Buck/Mary Sue (who naturally utterly reforms him)
- Lucas/Matt slash (because you know, all antagonists - who are not middle-aged fascinating aliens, grrr, argh - get slashed sooner or later)
- Lucas/Billy (same reason)
- that HP crossover where we find out that Lucas was an American exchange student at Hogwarts and Severus Snape's best friend, when he wasn't
having sex with Lucius Malfoy
- that AG/AtS crossover wherein Jenny O. writes Selena/Lilah; the fact that because this is a Jennifer Oksana story, Lilah gets to be better at one-liners
and sex, leads to a series of stories in which Selena gets to be better at both
- Lucas Buck/Jasmine
- Caleb/Dawn (wouldn't they be of an age by now?); alternatively, Caleb/Connor
- that Farscape crossover set during Terra Firma wherein it turns out Lucas Buck knows the Crichtons and persuades Sikozu to take him along because he wants to meet Scorpius
- Gail/Darla - because they know what it means to have the pregnancy from hell *g*
- flame war between Lucas/Gail and Lucas/Selena 'shippers, who both turn against Lucas/New Character who joins the show in season 3 'shippers,
resulting in character bashing stories like you wouldn't believe
- Real People Fiction slashing Gary Cole with Kevin Spacey, based solely on the fact that Brenda Braake (Selena) had a bit part in L.A. Confidential and thus could have introduced them
- AG/LOTR crossovers in which Legolas is paired up with Merlyn
- AG/LOTR RPF crossovers (imagine the horror yourself)
- that AG/Pirates of the Carribean crossover in which it turns out that Elizabeth, Jack Sparrow and Will Turner are all ancestors of the Bucks and the Cross...
Any other ideas?
