More Whovian recs
Apr. 25th, 2008 08:07 pmDoctor Who fanfiction:
Missing is about Jackie Tyler meeting Jack Harkness during that year she didn't know what had become of her daughter. (Bad Nine.) I've always liked Jackie, and the interaction here is great.
Metronome: fantastic piece about Donna and the Doctor post-Planet of the Ood. Did I mention I'm madly crushing on Donna lately?
Ten Times Trouble: one for Old Who and New Who fans alike - the Doctor shows up at Ian and Barbara's wedding. All ten of him. With companions. But don't worry. Barbara and Ian (who together with Susan formed the very first Team TARDIS) survived worse... I think.*g* No, really, this is wonderful, and all incarnations of the Doctor are dead-on. I can't decide whether Six starting a fight or Jack hitting on bride and groom both to Nine's mortification is my personal highlight. Go and see for yourself!

loves_them_all has put up a lot of great posts about DW companions past and present this last month. Now it's Ace's turn, and as she's my favourite classic Who companion, I was delighted by this post!
