Back in Germany, somewhat worn out, but all went well, flight-wise, car-wise and anything-wise. Expect some comics reviews soon since amazingly I found some I hadn't been able to get in the US itself in Singapore, where we had a two hour transit stop. Though on the other hand, Darth Real Life has assumed gigantic proportions while I was gone, and I'll be off again on the weekend (to England, for mixed pleasure and work purposes) so who knows?

OK - 28th I am presenting Tank Girl at the NFT at 6. I could get you a ticket and then have dinner afterwards. Or meet for tea earlier. I am busy the evening of 29th with the meeting with the police about Toiletgate - but free for tea - though there might be a planning meeting for those of us going to see the Met. I am free on the 30th, entirely and absolutely, for tea, though - having been out two evenings in a row, I need to be at home to see my beloved and do some writing.

Not sure I have your phone - I will text the one I have. If you don't get a text, let me know.

I got your text, so you do have the current number. Evening is not so good, but tea would be, so - 28th and/or 30th, and perhaps European rather than English tea time, so things won't get hectic for you, i.e 15:00 or 16:00?

The National film theatre has an even nicer cafe these days - not the old one downstairs, but the chintzy new Benugo bar adjacent to the ticket office.
