selenakThanks for writing an Agent Carter story for me! This automatically makes me spring. I'll keep this briefing simple, since I hope the request speak for themselves. :)
General Preferences: I like canon based more than AU - especially high school and coffee shop AUs -, but an exploration of one of the big "What if"s about key plot points or the "Five things" format are exceptions from this role. If you're inspired to try these for one of my requests, by all means.
Non-canon or non-requested relationships: well, I requested the character I did and not others for a reason. By which I mean that when, say, asking for a story about Peggy and Howard, I don't want an epic about Steve's and Bucky's epic romance with Peggy and Howard getting a few lines. When asking for Peggy and Jarvis, I don't want a Peggy/Angie story with some Jarvis showing up. Otoh if you're, say, a die hard Peggy/Angie shipper who feels there needs to be some reference to that relationship in a Peggy and Jarvis centric case fic, go ahead, I don't mind. I don't think I have a NOTP in this fandom, and I like all of the characters, some just more than others.Well. I could do without any Bucky references altogether.
However: please no bashing of any relationship or character, whether or not they're mentioned in my requests. By which I mean something like: don't spoil a Dottie story by including a rant about how Daniel is unworthy of Peggy.
Dislikes: other than "no character and relationship bashing" and "no high school or coffee shop AU", I'm also really not into the A/B/O scenario. Or soulmates, with or without tattoos. Whether or not you incude sex (of any variety) is up to you.
On to the requests:
Case fic involving Peggy, Jarvis and Rose on a mission together would be a dream of mine. I loved the fleshing out of Rose last season, and that she got to participate in the field. More, please. And of course I adore the Peggy & Jarvis relationship. The type of mission and time frame I leave up to you. Anything from s2 onwards to maybe middle aged/older Peggy, Jarvis and Rose in the 80s would be fine by me. Just please make sure all three interact with each other - Jarvis with Rose as well as with Peggy, Peggy with Rose as well as with Jarvis.
Another relationship I love is Peggy's with Howard. Any story covering it, whether via an adventure in one specific time frame, introspective musings by one on the other, or episodes from the 40s till Howard's death in 1970s would be fine by me. I also leave it up to you whether to write them as platonic friends or whether to let them have sex at some point - completely up to you, l'm game either way. If you want to do an AU in which Steve is found at any point while Howard is still alive, that's fine by me, especially if it explores how both Peggy and Howard have changed through the years, and probably their memories of Steve, too, and how the fact they've known each other both, warts and all, now longer than they had the chance to know him factors into this.
Peggy and Dottie are a new best enemies pairing of mine. Again, any story about them, whether gen or slash, would make me happy. As long as Dottie doesn't simply change sides because true love. (While I prefer her as an independent rogue agent or a committed Soviet one, I'd also be fine with her joining SHIELD IF she has more reasons than being into Peggy Carter for this.)
Lastly: during Joseph Manfredi's recognition scene with Howard I could practically hear the "Once upon a time in America" music playing. I imagine them growing up in the same neighborhood when Howard was still dirt poor. They probably have met again as adults before s2 - gangsters and millionaires are prone to run into each other, especially if both are into film stars. So, a relationship story, again, gen or slash equally welcome, would make me happy.
