Neunundneunzig Luftballons....

selenakBecause we need to look at something beautiful in between the Orange Insult To Everything: a pic spam of something I witnessed the other weekend, the balloon festival known as "Montgolfiade" at the Tegernsee.
Now the Montgolfiade doesn't just celebrate its balloons in the air, but also on the ground, lit up, in the night, looking like this:
While the literally thousands of people around were rocking to this tune. (Yes, Prussians, there is such a thing as sarcastic Bavarian rock. Even if it's from the 80s. *hums Spider Murphy Gang tunes*)
But of course the main visual glory comes in the daylight, when the balloons are flying over the alps and one of the great Bavarian lakes.
Ladies and Gentlemen, these balloons are ready for their take-off:
The local scenery awaits them! Here's one of the ballooons flying over Bad Wiessee:
These three Balloons aren't just flying over Tegernsee the lake, but Tegernsee the small town of the same name.

And finally, a Zeppelin also showed up, because why not?
