New B5 story, for hobsonphile

At the moment, I have an angry Ferengi muse glaring at me and telling me I love aliens with ridiculous hairdos more. Quark, sweetie, your turn will come again, never fear, but hobsonphile's latest post for timov_of_algul made me finally write an idea I've been mulling over since ages. So I wrote it during a long train journey to the next schedule from hell week appointment.
