Out of Africa, into Babylon 5 fanfic
Jun. 16th, 2004 05:00 pmWell, I'm back, after a red-eye flight via Dubai, and reunited with my computer at last. I shall begin to post transcriptions of my African notes tomorrow, but the first two things that made it from my hand-written journal to the typed form were the two Babylon 5 stories I wrote. The B5/Sandman crossover is of to
andrastewhite for beta-reading; since I've never written Sandman fanfic before, I do not quite dare to present you with the rough version. However, my last station, the island Mauritius, inspired another B5 fanfic in a roundabout way. Something of a backstory for Londo and the Narn. Dedicated to
sabine101 and
hobsonphile, who held the Narn-Centauri fort while I was gone. Set many years pre-show, during Londo's childhood. When I say it owes something to Andraste's War Crimes, you'll guess it's not a fluffy tale.

Now: Off to do some shopping, then try to catch up with everyone and everything. It would help if you pointed out the most important lj entries to me.*g*
And then, to quote Samuel Pepys, to bed. I've got an African report to transcribe tomorrow, and I'm pretty exhausted.
