As a woman fond of history, I can't let the occasion pass entirely: Last year's Ides of March post has, courtesy of YouTube, some depictions of That Event In Roman History and reflections on same. This year, I'm busy with suitcase packing; if you don't hear from me for the next ten days, starting tomorrow, it's because I'm off to Tanzania.
